Dues Payments can be set to monthly, quarterly, or annual terms on a fixed renewal date or pro-rated date option.

Association Dues

$1.00 on January 1st each year

Association Dues – Weekly

$1.25 every Friday for 2 weeks and a $0.25 sign-up fee

Annual HOA Membership Dues are due to be paid by January 1, 2025. We allow a 10-day grace period. If your payment is not received on or before January 10, 2025, a $25 late fee will apply.

Whether you choose to pay by credit card, ACH or check we request that you purchase your dues subscription within this website portal.

Other penalties may apply for delinquent dues. For further information, refer to the Community Association’s Rules and Regulations document.

Payment Options

Purchase a subscription to pay your upcoming membership dues

Pay by Credit Card
(subject to change based on client preferences)

    • If you select Pay by credit card, you will not be charged until January 1, 2025
    • Future renewals will be charged automatically to the card on file. If you want to change to manual renewal, go to My Payments >> My Subscription and Turn off Auto-renew
    • Your payment status will initially be PROCESSING. Once your payment is processed and received, an email notice will be sent stating that your payment status is COMPLETE.

Pay by ACH

    • If you pay by ACH, your payment status will remain ON HOLD until our bank receives the payment.
    • Once your payment is received, an email notice will be sent stating that your payment is Complete.

Pay by Check

    • If you select to Pay by Check, your payment status will remain ON HOLD until our bank receives the payment.
    • Once your payment is received, an email notice will be sent stating that your payment is Complete.
