RGB installs a very user-friendly page content editor that allows our clients the ease and confidence to manage their community websites. All projects include training and if you are in a situation where you need help or need to schedule a training session they are available.

Don’t have any community photos? That’s okay. Just let your designer know and we will provide area photos, nature photos, or ambient photos, that are suitable for your community based on its geographic location or vibe.

Don’t have any photos? No problem. If you need some supplemental photos for your website RGB will provide images you can use within the following categories

RGB will also provide you with links to resources if you want to purchase your own photos for the website.

Photo galleries are great for communities that have social events. Photo galleries can be located in the Public or Private sections of the website.

Google Map of the community displayed on your website is included and optional
Using Google maps is a great way to identify your community’s location which will be helpful to visitors destined to visit or service a resident in your community.
User Policies (Privacy, Cookies, Terms)
Included in your website is a page that describes your User Policies –
- Cookies Policy (if you track data on the site or use site tracking tools)
- Privacy Policy (how you use the information you gather)
- Terms of Use (Disclaimers to protect you if there is inaccurate, or outdated information on the website
RGB will install a standard privacy policy for all websites, but it is up to the community association to review and provide any adjustments to these policies.
Unlimited Administrators
Create as many unique administrators as you need to access the high-level control panel and administer updates, edits, and approvals for the website and features.
Resident Access: Registration & Login
- Resident Registration – Residents will be able to Register for access to the private sections of the website. During this process, an Opt-in for the Resident Directory can be enabled and The Community Terms checkbox will be present, if applicable. After submission, an email will be sent to the Resident notifying them that the access is pending approval.
- Registration Approval – After residents register an email will be sent to the Administrators of choice notifying them to log in and approve access for the resident. The administrator has complete control of the process – a notification email will be sent to the resident once access is granted
- Lost Password Reset – Allow your residents to reset their passwords without assistance
- Access to Private Areas – Once approved the resident will have access to private sections of the website
ALL PLANS include custom registration fields based on your community and customized instructions or information for your residents.
Even more, options are available for your residents to edit and update their profile and opt-in to a Resident Directory.
RGB works very closely with the community to plan the registration forms because they are so important.

Auto Notification Emails
Keep in touch with your community! If enabled, a notification will automatically be emailed to Users when a new Announcement is created. The notification will include the announcement content and a link to the website for users to read. It’s that easy!
Online Fill-in Forms
Online Fill-in forms are a great and easy way for your residents or the public to inquire.
- Who Get’s the Form– Forms can be emailed to multiple email addresses and the user can also get a copy of their submission form
- Form Submissions – A great feature! All form submissions are stored. You can look back in your form submission history to search for or export the form submissions

Searchable Resident Directory
The Searchable Resident Directory is a great feature. The variations on what directory information will show are completely customizable. Websites that include the Resident Directory include an opt-in feature on the Resident’s profile and the Resident can update their profile information anytime.

Community Calendar
You have two options
- Option 1 – We can embed a Google Calendar to display on the website page. This is a great way to display regular happenings such as Garbage Pickup days, Pool Hours, etc., and then add special events.
- Option 2 – Using one of the pre-designed pages you can list your events
Online Voting, Polls & Surveys
Allow your Residents to take a vote, survey, or poll on a custom topic.
The system is very easy to use and you can control the questions and answer options, privacy, real-time results, etc. See more by logging in and selecting Voting, Polls & Surveys from the dropdown.
Payment Form
Single Online Payment Form – Single payment form to accept credit card payments. Open field for the user to enter their information, payment amount, and an auto response message.

Recurring Dues Payment System
A Flexible and Easy-to-Use Dues Payment System features the following

Residents will be able to view their shopping cart history of payments, update their payment information, and manage their payment credit cards

SMS Text Notifications
Keep in Touch – You can set up Auto-Generated or single-use text notifications to Opt-In subscribers. This can be connected to your Posts Announcements and News or used for emergencies or unexpected alerts.
A $50 per month service fee is added to your plan to enable SMS text messaging. This is a great way to keep in touch with your residents who Opt-in to receive text messages.
Team Support & Management
The RGB Team is fully engaged in every project and throughout the entire relationship as your service provider. All new projects include:

20 hours of management time is provided to every client for your website. This time is used for the following:
- Initial 2-hour Planning meeting via Zoom or in person (Naples office only)

- 2-hour Presentation of Website
- 2 hours of Training for Administrators of the website
Our team will also communicate and respond to emails during the project and we are available by phone M-F 9 am-5 pm
Some clients need additional help with, additional consultations, domain transfers, registrations, additional presentations, Google, or other services, which you can request in the GET STARTED FORM and special arrangements will be made to help you with that type of support.
After the website is launched you can arrange an ongoing support plan that best suits you and the community.
SSL Secure Certificate
An SSL certificate provides security for online communications. When a web browser contacts your secured website, the SSL certificate enables an encrypted connection. It’s kind of like sealing a letter in an envelope before sending it through the mail.

Accessibility Tool
User accessibility for impaired users is an important feature that is included or optional
RGB will create on behalf of our clients their USERWAY Free account which will enable us to add an Accessibility widget to the website. Paid versions are available should you choose to further enhance the accessibility features.

Website Backups
Full website backups are performed once daily, weekly, and monthly. Backups are performed on the server where your website is hosted and also transferred to a remote server to ensure redundancy.

Website Email Deliverability Software
To help prevent notification emails such as registration forms, password reset requests, online forms, and other notifications from the server going to spam, RGB will enable email deliverability software.
*This service is only provided for websites hosted with RGB
**In some cases where a users email has very high security rules, some emails will still rout to their spam folder and require the user to create the proper filter to the inbox.
DNS Services
RGB provides DNS Record Services
The Domain Name System (DNS) is the phonebook of the Internet. Humans access information online through domain names. Web browsers interact through Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. DNS translates domain names to IP addresses so browsers can load Internet resources.

*This service is optional. If you want to use a different DNS provider RGB will provide the website A record IP for you to add to your DNS zone file
*If you have domain-based email hosted outside of RGB’s network and RGB is managing the DNS zone file, you will need to provide the MX records to RGB to add to the zone file

PRICING
RGB charges a one-time build fee as low as $1,200. This fee is based on the features and services needed for the project. We provide an initial planning session at no charge and are not obligated to identify the services. Next, we will provide a detailed proposal bid for the association.
Monthly services range from $90 to $200, depending on the level of features and support plan. The association determines this upfront based on their needs.
Payment Options
WEB DESIGN PAYMENTS
- RGB requires a minimum deposit based on the plan or options selected and offers the project balance to be paid in 4-12 monthly payments.
- With a signed agreement, payment start dates can be differed, if needed, by up to four months to fit into a community annual budget cycle.
HOSTING & SUPPORT
- RGB does not require a contract for hosting – We keep our clients by providing excellent support and services. Once the website is paid for, it is the sole property of the client.
